Internship

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch-up and rendering software, and other graphic software.

3. The period of Internship shall not less than 3 months.

Junior Architect

Position Responsibilities:

1. Contributes to the development of an aspect of a Project under the direct supervision of project leadership. Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level.

2. Produces presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations.

3. Effectively communicates internally through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means. Creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability and integrates interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the design of a project component.

4. Actively collaborates at a project team level by critically and constructively evaluating ideas.

5. Demonstrates a basic understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques. Is able to enrich design concepts through technical strategies and effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases.

6. Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with regular interaction and direction from project leaders.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Architect

Position Responsibilities:

1. Contributes to the development of distinct portions of a Project with periodic supervision by Project Leadership. Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at a task specific level.

2. Produces and coordinates presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models and animations.

3. Effectively communicates internally through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.

4. Creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability and integrates interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the design of a portion of a project.

5. Actively collaborates at a project team level by critically and constructively evaluating ideas.

6. Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details and construction techniques. Is able to enrich design concepts through technical strategies and effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases.

7. Manages time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with periodic interaction and direction from project leaders while sharing knowledge with less experienced staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
2. Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
3. Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch-up and rendering software, and Adobe Suite.

Senior Architect

Position Responsibilities:

1. Actively leads a project or distinct portions of a project with periodic supervision by Project Leadership. Exhibits initiative, process innovation, problem solving, and decision quality with a high attention to precision and accuracy at an overall project level.

2. Produces, coordinates and/or oversees presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models, and animations.

3. Effectively communicates internally with project teams and externally with consultants and clients through timely and appropriate written, oral, and visual means.

4. Creates and innovates with a strong conceptual design ability. Integrates interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the design of distinct portions of large projects or entire projects of a small scale.

5. Actively collaborates at a project, consultant team, and client team level by critically and constructively evaluating ideas. Contributes to and actively participates within the studio and office.

6. Demonstrates an advanced understanding of building materials, systems, specifications, codes, details, and construction techniques. Can enrich design concepts through technical strategies. Identifies and effectively uses appropriate tools to design and document at all project phases.

7. Manages time and workload of own work efforts and those of others to meet project task deadlines and commitments, with occasional interaction and direction from Project Leadership. Guides and teaches less experienced staff.

8. Proactively checks and coordinates project documents (including but not limited to drawing set organization, details, dimensions, interdisciplinary coordination items, specifications coordination) for compliance with the project’s technical requirements.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. Minimum 4 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

3. Professional licensed is preferred;

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

5. Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch-up and rendering software, and Adobe Suite.

6. Strong Experience in Design Management and construction coordination.


Project Director

Position Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for contributing to the Design vision and furthering the development of architectural projects in all phases with the Design Partner.

2. Leads the production of Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development deliverables.

3. Leads project delivery efforts to establish efficient and innovative approaches to communicate design intent and scope throughout all project phases to meet Project Team requirements.

4. Leads the production resources and schedules of documentation for agreed upon deliverables, particularly for the Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development phases.

5. Maintains collaborative relationships with consultants to ensure that deliverables are coordinated, integrated, and support the performance goals of the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Professional degree in Architecture.

2. Licensed in Architecture is preferred.

3. 6 years of experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.

4. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead project teams and manage project schedule, budget and program.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, digital modeling tools (Rhinoceros, sketch-up, etc.), AutoCAD.


Project Coordinator

Position Responsibilities:

1. Calendar coordination for project teams, individual calendar management for assigned principals.

2. Draft and manage updates to internal project documentation in approved templates, at the direction of Project Managers.

3. Format project documents as needed, including meeting minutes, project schedule, contracts.

4. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all materials are current, properly filed and stored.

5. Manage communication among project teams, ensuring the team is aware of standing meeting schedules, meeting agendas, deadlines, changes to project schedules, etc.

6. Run necessary reports for reference.

7. Travel booking for principals.

8. Expense reports for principals.

9. Coordination with consultant teams as directed.



Minimum Qualifications:

1. College degree and no less than 4 years experience in project coordination or general administrative support.

2. Prefer some experience in a professional services environment.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Demonstrable organization skills.

5. Exhibits initiative, problem solving, and decision-making quality with a high attention to detail.
